Customer Relations Specialist

Our mission is to create " Loyal Two’s Fans Forever " by providing outstanding customer service! We are currently adding another exceptional "People Person" to our outstanding Customer Relations Team.

How will you do that? First and foremost, with an upbeat and customer centric attitude!

Responsibilities (to include):

  • Handle incoming customer calls through the ACD line (with a smile)
  • Respond to sales help hotline calls
  • Process customer orders/sample orders
  • Handle requests for catalogs
  • Arrange for return of merchandise, process credit requests
  • Handle all faxes, email and other sales associate and customer request for action
  • Identify and report potential product quality problems to appropriate departments
  • Provide accurate price & delivery information, product information
  • Provide back-up to front reception
  • Participate in trade shows as needed
  • Special projects and tasks as assigned
  • Identify process and procedure improvements
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of special event orders

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years great customer service experience preferred
  • Team player with SUPERIOR interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Logical and critical thinker
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
